All orders are packed with great care to ensure a safe journey of the handmade items. Throughout all the years I am shipping my pieces I have had no issues (knock on wood). If despite these efforts an item breaks in shipment I will make sure you will either get a replacement or a refund. In that case also please send me photographs as proof, as I can use this to make a claim with the shipment company.
